Programme Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead approximately 3 projects within the respective region
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery and provide programme management support to Cluster/Country Heads
• Manage reporting cycles, including cost, schedule, benefits, risk, and issues
• Support business case development, including high-level costs, schedules, and project execution documents
• Mobilize projects by providing training and development to Project Managers and teams
• Enforce governance and assurance protocols, including leading Project Steering Committee meetings
• Conduct independent assurance through monthly reporting and phase gate reviews
• Monitor and escalate performance issues and risks at a programme level

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in programme or project management for financial institution clients
• Proven experience in Corporate Real Estate and Asset management
• Strong stakeholder engagement and client management skills
• Experience in people management and leadership
• Strong business acumen and ability to coordinate with construction and design teams
• Bilingual fluency in Korean and English
