About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead approximately 3 projects within the respective region
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery and provide programme management support to Cluster/Country Heads
- Manage reporting cycles, including cost, schedule, benefits, risk, and issues
- Support business case development, including high-level costs, schedules, and project execution documents
- Mobilize projects by providing training and development to Project Managers and teams
- Enforce governance and assurance protocols, including leading Project Steering Committee meetings
- Conduct independent assurance through monthly reporting and phase gate reviews
- Monitor and escalate performance issues and risks at a programme level
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in programme or project management for financial institution clients
- Proven experience in Corporate Real Estate and Asset management
- Strong stakeholder engagement and client management skills
- Experience in people management and leadership
- Strong business acumen and ability to coordinate with construction and design teams
- Bilingual fluency in Korean and English
