Responsibilities
- Lead the successful execution of small to medium scale transformation or real estate programmes
- Establish and drive programme direction while empowering teams
- Apply industry best practice programme management methodologies
- Engage with client-side senior managers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Manage internal talent and client teams
- Ensure compliance with governance and risk management requirements
- Develop robust financial management processes and reporting
- Proactively manage programme-wide health and safety risks
Requirements
- Good understanding of programme management within real estate
- Ability to work in relevant programme management processes and systems
- Excellent written and in-person communication skills
- Degree qualification in a relevant field
