Programme Manager - Supply Chain Optimization

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain collaboration initiatives with vendors and manufacturers to improve availability and reduce logistics costs.
• Partner with vendors to streamline supply chain processes, including the z+ ordering system and inbound processes.
• Act as a key stakeholder for EDI rollout and supply chain integration projects.
• Shape the strategic development of the Forecasting, Planning & Replenishment (FP&R) roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve forecasting accuracy, product availability, and stock efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance automation and scalability across replenishment processes.
• Use data and analytics to drive informed decision-making and prioritize strategic actions.

Requirements

• MBA or Master's Degree.
• 5+ years of professional working experience.
• 3+ years in project-oriented or analytically focused roles (e.g., consulting, project management, or business analysis).
• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SQL and operations research is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Experience within Procurement, Logistics, or Operations, ideally focused on inventory management.
