Programme Manager

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the sKids programme
• Lead and manage a large group of children, handling various behaviours
• Plan and deliver structured activities including arts, crafts, sports, and trips
• Proactively manage challenging behaviour using positive guidance strategies
• Build professional relationships with parents, caregivers, and school staff
• Lead, coach, and delegate to Programme Assistants
• Organise resources and plan activities in advance

Requirements

• Legal right to work in New Zealand
• Reliable transport to the Peninsula site
• Proven leadership experience working with groups of children
• Experience managing challenging behaviour and high-energy environments
• Experience taking ownership of programmes, teams, or operations
• Strong communication skills
• Must be over 20 years old
