Programme Manager - Life Science

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional Programme Management Office and act as the key client interface for Life Sciences stakeholders
• Provide subject-matter expertise for new build and capital programs in the Life Sciences sector
• Manage and leverage PMO resources and wider business assets to deliver high-value services
• Act as a trusted advisor providing industry-specific knowledge to the client
• Link peer regions, program management teams, and client delivery teams to drive excellence
• Facilitate knowledge transfer between project delivery teams and peer PMO teams
• Manage client stakeholders and work closely with regional leadership and portfolio managers

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge in planning and delivering real estate new builds and capital programs
• Recognized degree in Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent
• Active professional certification such as PMP, RICS, or licensed RE practitioner
• 10-15 years of experience delivering major programs in pharmaceutical, biotech, or Life Sciences construction
• Proficiency in project management concepts, tools, and techniques
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with tight deadlines
• Strong background in MS Project and MS Office suite
• Excellent documentation, presentation, reporting, and analytical skills
