About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the delivery of complex real estate programmes and portfolios
- Ensure projects are delivered to time, cost and quality standards
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders and partners
- Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and support bids and proposals
- Contribute to the development of portfolio and programme management products
- Promote the use of digital tools to enhance delivery and performance
Requirements
- Experience working on programmes
- Healthcare programme management experience is desirable
- Understanding of programme management requirements related to healthcare facilities
- Ability to work in relevant programme management processes and systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Degree qualified in a relevant field
