Programme Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program execution across multiple projects, ensuring delivery to scope, time, cost, and quality targets
• Translate contractual agreements into integrated delivery plans and execution strategies
• Act as the primary escalation point and trusted advisor for VM02 senior stakeholders
• Lead governance forums, steering committees, and customer reviews to ensure transparency
• Own program P&L, including revenue, cost, margin, and forecasting
• Drive financial performance through rigorous cost control and resource optimization
• Lead and develop multi-disciplinary, geographically distributed teams
• Ensure full adherence to Ericsson Group directives, legal, financial, and E+OHS requirements

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or an equivalent field
• Extensive experience managing large-scale, complex programs in telecom or managed services
• Demonstrated leadership of multi-project and multi-team environments
• Proven success in customer-facing delivery roles
• Strong financial and commercial acumen
• Project or program management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within strategic customer accounts, specifically Tier-1 operators like VM02
• Robust understanding of logistics, design and integration services, NPI, and trials
