Programme Director

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Asset Management to define Real Estate Strategy and secure approval through governance forums
• Act as the Accountable Executive for programme delivery, ensuring compliance with standards and governance
• Manage stakeholder engagement, Project Steering Committees, and programme risk
• Oversee change management, programme data accuracy, and benefits realization
• Manage resourcing and lead escalation or issue resolution at the programme level
• Lead pre-deal due diligence and oversee architects and advisors for large-scale property projects
• Develop detailed project schedules and conduct feasibility analyses

Requirements

• Ability to influence key stakeholders and build consensus
• Experience with premises-related delivery systems and performance standards
• Proven client management and change management capability
• Financial acumen and knowledge of business development
• Experience overseeing architects and advisors for complex property projects
• In-depth knowledge of real estate development, transactions, leasing, or JV partnerships
• Strong analytical, project management, and leadership skills
• Bilingual fluency in English and Korean
