Programme Director

Responsibilities

• Establish and drive the programme vision, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Lead the framework for programme management and control to guarantee transparency
• Implement structured stakeholder engagement for C-Suite, Boards, and Investors
• Oversee financial governance and robust financial reporting
• Identify and mitigate health and safety risks
• Deliver excellent commission management and ensure compliance with governance requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex real estate programmes (£250m-£500m)
• Expertise in leading the full programme lifecycle end to end
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Expert practitioner of industry best practice programme management methodologies
• Experience navigating senior decision-making environments
• Strong understanding of portfolio/programme management in real estate
• Degree or Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field
