Programme Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and approval of Real Estate Strategy and Project Execution documents through relevant governance forums.
• Act as the formally appointed Accountable Executive for the programme, ensuring successful delivery of outcomes in accordance with standards.
• Manage stakeholder engagement to define and manage briefs, and chair Project Steering Committees (PSCs).
• Oversee programme risk, change management, and the accuracy of programme data and reporting.
• Manage resourcing for the programme and oversee end-to-end delivery.
• Build pre-deal due diligence teams and serve as the primary point of contact for steering committees and advisors.
• Monitor project progress, manage bid processes, and ensure compliant delivery of the Project Delivery Process.

Requirements

• Proven ability to influence key stakeholders and build consensus across various authorities.
• Extensive experience in real estate development, transactions, leasing, or JV partnerships for large-scale projects.
• Strong client management capability and experience overseeing architects and advisors.
• Demonstrated expertise in change management or integration programmes.
• High level of financial acumen and knowledge of business development management.
• Proficiency with premises-related delivery systems, performance measures, and standards.
• Bilingual fluency in both English and Korean.
• Excellent analytical, project management, and interpersonal communication skills.
