Programme Director (Hospitality)

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic interface between the client, executive leadership, and project stakeholders
• Lead high-level programme governance, reporting, and performance oversight
• Provide executive-level insights on programme progress, risks, opportunities, and critical decisions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client representatives and key stakeholders
• Ensure alignment between programme objectives, delivery strategy, and business priorities
• Drive strategic communication across multidisciplinary teams and leadership groups
• Support executive decision-making through accurate and timely reporting and analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in hospitality programme or project management
• Proven experience as a Programme Director or in a senior leadership role on major programmes
• Extensive background in Saudi Arabia mega or giga projects (preferably PIF-backed)
• Strong experience in client management, strategic reporting, and stakeholder engagement
• Exposure to PMC, developer, or client-side environments
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
