Programme Director

Responsibilities

• Own and orchestrate the integrated delivery model across Creative, Design, Production, Strategy and Client Services
• Build the programme's governance model, delivery cadence, and ways of working
• Act as the senior point of contact for cross-pod alignment and dependency management
• Partner with US teams to align global ways of working and shared tools
• Lead planning cycles including weekly, monthly, and quarterly coordination
• Monitor programme health, resourcing, and operational efficiency
• Support commercial management including scoping, forecasting, and change control

Requirements

• Senior delivery or programme management experience in a creative, content, or production-led agency
• Proven experience building or maturing delivery operations and governance
• Experience operating across complex, multi-stakeholder and global environments
• Strong understanding of creative production pipelines, including motion design and AI-led workflows
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders
• Highly organised with experience managing complex resourcing in scale-up environments
