Programme Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large-scale, multi-phase migration and transformation programmes in KSA, covering technology, people, and process changes.
• Act as a senior advisor to executive stakeholders, providing programme governance, performance readouts, and strategic advisory.
• Manage full programme accountability, ensuring delivery is on-time, within budget, and meets quality and scope requirements.
• Define programme scope, structure, timelines, resourcing, cost estimates, and governance frameworks.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities across complex customer estates.
• Drive commercial and financial performance, including P&L accountability, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue outcomes.
• Partner with account management and service delivery teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and healthy relationships.
• Lead presales activities, including proposals, SOWs, and RFP/RFI responses.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in professional services and large-scale technology delivery leadership.
• Deep understanding of IT managed services, cloud technologies, migrations, and digital transformation.
• Professional project management qualification (PMP or PRINCE2).
• Proven experience in commercial and financial leadership, including managing P&L and complex budgets.
• Experience operating within the KSA market with mandatory Arabic language proficiency.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence multidisciplinary, matrixed teams.
