About the Company

Sherpa Kids is a global organization dedicated to providing quality care for primary school children in their local communities. Operating in approximately 265 schools worldwide, including 60 local services in Ireland, we provide Before School, After School, and Holiday Clubs programmes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team
• Maintain day-to-day activities
• Interact with children, families, and staff members daily
• Ensure high energy and enthusiasm when working with children

Requirements

• Experience managing and leading a team
• Possession of an owned car
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with school-aged children
• Fetac Level 5 childcare qualification or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of child development
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams
• Valid Work Permit/VISA
• Ability to pass Garda vetting
• Two written reference checks
