Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of staff
- Maintain day-to-day programme activities
- Interact with children, families, and staff members daily
- Provide high energy and enthusiasm when working with children
Requirements
- Experience managing and leading a team
- Possession of an owned car
- Minimum 1 year experience working with school-aged children
- Fetac Level 5 childcare qualification or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of child development
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Valid Work Permit/VISA
- Ability to pass Garda vetting
- Two written references
