About the Company

Sherpa Kids is a global organization dedicated to providing quality care for primary school children in their local communities. Operating in approximately 265 schools worldwide, including 60 local services in Ireland, we provide Before School, After School, and Holiday Clubs programmes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of staff
• Maintain day-to-day programme activities
• Interact with children, families, and staff members daily
• Ensure high energy and enthusiasm when working with children

Requirements

• Childcare qualification (Fetac Level 5 or equivalent)
• Minimum 1 year experience working with school-aged children
• Ability to understand and speak the Irish language
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in technology (Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
• Possession of an owned car
• Valid Work Permit/VISA
• Ability to pass Garda vetting

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience working with school-aged children
