About the Company

Sherpa Kids is a global organization dedicated to providing quality care for primary school children in their local communities. Operating in approximately 265 schools worldwide, we provide Before School, After School, and Holiday Clubs programmes tailored to meet the needs of national-aged children.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of staff
• Maintain day-to-day programme activities
• Interact with children, families, and staff members daily
• Provide high energy and enthusiasm when working with children

Requirements

• Experience managing and leading a team
• Own car required
• Minimum 1 year experience working with school-aged children
• Childcare qualification (Fetac Level 5 or equivalent)
• Basic knowledge of child development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams
• Valid Work Permit/VISA
• Ability to pass Garda vetting
• Two written references
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
