About the Company

Sherpa Kids is a global organization dedicated to providing quality care for primary school children in their local communities. With a presence in approximately 265 schools worldwide, we strive to make a difference in the lives of children daily through Before School, After School, and Holiday Clubs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of staff
• Maintain day-to-day programme activities
• Interact with children, families, and staff members daily
• Provide high energy and enthusiasm when working with children

Requirements

• Experience in managing and leading a team
• Possession of an owned car
• Childcare qualification (Fetac Level 5 or equivalent)
• Minimum 1 year experience working with school-aged children
• Basic knowledge of child development
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in technology (Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
• Valid Work Permit/VISA
• Ability to undergo Garda vetting
• Ability to provide at least 2 written references
