About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and adapt integrated works programmes using Microsoft Project
  • Attend weekly client meetings to provide updates on the Integrated Works Programme
  • Liaise with Project Managers, Designers, and Commercial Teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Ensure compliance with Construction Design Management Regulations and Traffic Management Act noticing procedures
  • Drive programme efficiencies and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements

  • Experience supporting highways maintenance projects
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Excel
  • Confident communication skills with a collaborative approach
  • Ability to stay organised, manage competing priorities, and solve problems proactively
  • A full driving licence
