Programme Assistant

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during activities and free play
• Assist with homework and educational tasks
• Engage in a variety of planned indoor and outdoor activities
• Assist with games, crafts, and group activities
• Ensure a safe, clean, and inclusive environment
• Provide flexibility to work across different Sherpa Kids services as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience working with school-aged children
• Basic knowledge of child development
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
• Valid Work Permit/VISA
• Ability to undergo Garda vetting
• Ability to provide at least 2 written references

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a busy, fast-paced team environment
