Programme AIT Manager – Electronic Products

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and internal departments regarding the assembly, integration, and testing (AIT) phase.
• Allocate and organize resources to manage the AIT phase for electronic satellite products.
• Negotiate with program managers and external clients regarding products, resources, funding, and methods.
• Perform cost assessments and develop alternative plans to meet cost and schedule targets.
• Ensure production line specifications are met and that proposed designs are compatible with existing equipment.
• Define performance indicators and implement improvement sequences specifically for electronic products.
• Provide technical advice and guidance to line AIT managers and communicate product metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in microelectronics, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in program/project management or project engineering for electronic products.
• 7+ years of experience in microelectronics or micromanufacturing.
• Knowledge of clean room environments.
• Proven experience with risk management, contract management, and compliance with U.S. ITAR regulations.
• Bilingualism in English and French (written and oral) is required.
• Ability to obtain and hold security clearance at the reliability status level and pass assessments for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP).
