About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance for finance and data, including running financial reports and creating Purchase Orders
- Track costs, spend, and identify financial trends or issues
- Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) on returned work and assist in the consolidation of work packages
- Create and manage weekly reports to monitor progress
- Monitor resource and material demands to ensure timely delivery
- Ensure compliance across various systems including Salesforce, PPM, and SAP
- Support project managers with all aspects of programme delivery
- Maintain high quality standards and support health, safety, and environmental compliance
Requirements
- Experience in a multi-stranded project support or coordination role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills
- Familiarity with SAP, CCT, IRIS, or similar corporate business IT systems
- Strong planning, organising, and interpersonal communication skills
- A proactive mindset with the ability to follow up on actions across teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with VPB scheduling or AIS
- Understanding of Energy Networks policies and practices
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation
- Previous experience in customer service or stakeholder engagement
