About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance for finance and data, including running financial reports and creating Purchase Orders
  • Track costs, spend, and identify financial trends or issues
  • Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) on returned work and assist in the consolidation of work packages
  • Create and manage weekly reports to monitor progress
  • Monitor resource and material demands to ensure timely delivery
  • Ensure compliance across various systems including Salesforce, PPM, and SAP
  • Support project managers with all aspects of programme delivery
  • Maintain high quality standards and support health, safety, and environmental compliance

Requirements

  • Experience in a multi-stranded project support or coordination role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills
  • Familiarity with SAP, CCT, IRIS, or similar corporate business IT systems
  • Strong planning, organising, and interpersonal communication skills
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to follow up on actions across teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with VPB scheduling or AIS
  • Understanding of Energy Networks policies and practices
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation
  • Previous experience in customer service or stakeholder engagement
