Programmatic & Social Specialist Jr

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor digital campaigns across various platforms including Amazon DSP, DV360, Teads Ad Manager, Rappi Amplify, Meta, and TikTok.
• Manage and optimize digital budgets across multiple platforms to ensure campaign KPIs are met.
• Create, update, and distribute performance reports, interpreting data to share actionable findings with the team.
• Research and adopt new technologies and methodologies to improve media buying efficiency.
• Provide consultancy to planning teams by offering recommendations on creatives, audiences, and buying methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing and paid advertising across different business verticals.
• Advanced proficiency in Demand Side Platforms (DSP) such as Amazon DSP, DV360, MediaMath, or Teads Ad Manager.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diplomas or certifications in Digital Marketing.
• Experience with media measurement and audience tools.
• Familiarity with Project Management tools.
