Programmatic Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end programmatic processes from brief through setup, tagging, and optimization
• Strategize and execute campaigns on platforms to ensure optimal delivery and performance
• Analyze campaign data to develop insights and optimization strategies
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Develop test and learn strategies to drive better campaign performance
• Maintain relationships with media partners, DSPs, data partners, and ad verification providers
• Provide strategic recommendations to Client Services teams for brief responses
• Execute tests within DSPs in collaboration with Senior Campaign Managers

Requirements

• 8 years of professional experience in a related field
• Hands-on experience with the end-to-end programmatic ecosystem and campaign lifecycle
• Deep understanding of DSPs, SSPs, RTB, ad exchanges, DMPs, and audience targeting
• Experience with campaign implementation, optimization, and reporting
• Knowledge of digital media technology including ad tagging and site analytics
• Proficiency in digital marketing crafts such as display, branding, SEM, video, and mobile
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
