About the role

Responsibilities

  • Help define how Beast manages campaigns for third-party brand partners across DV360, Google Ads, YouTube, CTV/OTT, Meta Partnership Ads, and TikTok Spark Ads
  • Build playbooks for campaign setup, targeting, optimization, measurement, and reporting
  • Advise on DSP campaign structure, YouTube buying strategies, and connected TV inventory
  • Translate advertiser goals into media plans, test structures, and measurement frameworks
  • Partner with internal operators and external brand stakeholders to validate workflows
  • Advise on campaign permissions, data-sharing models, and brand onboarding processes

Requirements

  • Deep hands-on experience with DV360, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, or similar DSP platforms
  • Experience running and optimizing programmatic video, YouTube, CTV/OTT, or streaming media campaigns
  • Familiarity with creator marketing, branded content, and paid partnership ad products like Meta Partnership Ads or TikTok Spark Ads
  • Strong understanding of upper- and mid-funnel campaign objectives and measurement
  • Experience connecting campaign execution to downstream analytics, attribution, and reporting
  • Familiarity with audience strategy, first-party data, and privacy-safe measurement
  • Ability to operate across platforms including DV360, Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and Shopify

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing CTV, OTT, YouTube Select, or programmatic guaranteed inventory
  • Experience on the brand side, agency side, or trading desk
  • Familiarity with clean rooms, incrementality testing, and brand lift studies
  • Experience building operating playbooks in zero-to-one environments
