Programmatic Advertising Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop new clients and deepen partnerships in the auto, finance, and travel industries
• Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through actionable plans
• Act as an industry evangelist by organizing workshops and product demonstrations
• Collaborate with Client Services, Trading, and Data Analytics teams to optimize campaign implementation
• Provide industry insights to the product team to drive customization of programmatic products
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and risks

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of digital advertising sales experience, preferably in programmatic advertising
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large-scale advertising projects
• Experience working with advertising agencies or direct clients in auto, finance, or travel sectors
• Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (DSP, DMP, Ad Exchange)
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English
• Strong strategic thinking and project management capabilities
