About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a roster of key accounts by building strong client relationships and providing strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with the Trading team to onboard new customers and provide data-driven insights
- Partner with Business Development to identify account growth opportunities
- Act as a platform expert to help clients improve campaigns and meet KPIs
- Provide continual training to clients on new platform features
- Work with Product Management to define and drive platform enhancements
- Assist in building the Client Services practice through training materials and customer guides
Requirements
- 2+ years of consultative, client-facing work with online advertising experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of growing client accounts
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
