About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a roster of key accounts by building strong client relationships and providing strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate with the Trading team to onboard new customers and provide data-driven insights
  • Partner with Business Development to identify account growth opportunities
  • Act as a platform expert to help clients improve campaigns and meet KPIs
  • Provide continual training to clients on new platform features
  • Work with Product Management to define and drive platform enhancements
  • Assist in building the Client Services practice through training materials and customer guides

Requirements

  • 2+ years of consultative, client-facing work with online advertising experience preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven track record of growing client accounts
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
