Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-profile agency and advertiser accounts
  • Partner with Sales to identify and develop upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Lead client-facing QBRs, end-of-campaign presentations, and in-person insight sessions
  • Proactively deliver optimisation recommendations throughout campaign flights
  • Own setup, QA, activation, and ongoing management of programmatic campaigns and PMP deals across OLV and CTV
  • Build and manage curated Deal IDs across The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, and Yahoo DSP
  • Run a disciplined daily operating rhythm including pacing checks and performance updates
  • Own the end-to-end client troubleshooting process
  • Support pre-sales with forecasting, avails analysis, and proposal input

Requirements

  • 5-6+ years in programmatic advertising, digital media, ad tech, or agency trading
  • Strong command of the programmatic ecosystem including DSPs, SSPs, PMP structures, and SPO
  • Intricate knowledge of The Trade Desk, DV360, and/or Amazon DSP
  • Proven client-facing experience with agencies, advertisers, or trading teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in Salesforce and internal ticketing systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Video, CTV, attention measurement, and contextual intelligence
  • Knowledge of identity frameworks such as UID2, RampID, or ID5
  • Understanding of SPO dynamics and supply chain economics
  • Experience supporting multi-market campaigns across EMEA
