Program Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding of new students to ensure a welcoming and inclusive experience
• Develop, maintain, and audit academic degree plans and student records with high accuracy
• Manage student and programmatic data entry to ensure systems remain current and reliable
• Generate enrollment and program reports and analyze trends to support continuous improvement
• Collaborate with the marketing department to design promotional and web-based recruitment materials
• Engage with school and community partners to support the development of responsive programs
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with students, faculty, and partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to analyze data and use findings to support strategic growth
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated commitment to the values of respect, service, integrity, and compassion

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in PK-12 or higher education environments
• Experience with enrollment management, academic advising, or student information systems (e.g., Canvas, Banner)
• Proficiency in publishing software such as Adobe or Canva
• Experience working with school districts or community-based educational partners
