About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute program logistics for the Office of Student Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (OSDIB), including application management, scheduling informational sessions, and event support.
  • Support the development and optimization of program application processes, review procedures, and participant selection.
  • Coordinate program reporting, data gathering, and registration processes while serving as a liaison for internal offices and participants.
  • Manage communications and digital content, including website updates, social media, email marketing campaigns, and printed promotional materials.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases for student files, program participation, and alumni tracking to ensure compliance and facilitate evaluation.
  • Collaborate with departmental leadership and external partners to build relationships and identify opportunities for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Provide administrative support such as organizing team meetings, managing food orders, and assisting with seasonal hiring and onboarding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of relevant experience (equivalent education and experience may be substituted).
  • At least one year of experience in student support or program coordination.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal, writing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage complex projects.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team and maintain professional relationships with diverse constituencies.
