About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage intake teams responsible for call triage, enrollment, and benefits investigation
- Establish, monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs related to patient access processes
- Hire, lead, and develop departmental associates through training and performance management
- Collaborate with call center management to execute programs for conversion, compliance, and adherence
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional special projects
- Present to external audiences including healthcare providers and insurers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional leadership experience
- 3-5 years of experience in financial assistance
- 3-5 years of supervisor or lead experience
- Professional level knowledge of customer care techniques and processes
- In-depth understanding of insurance plans and benefit structures
- Experience managing special projects in a call center or similar environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years of specialty pharmacy or pharmacy insurance experience
