Program Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and oversight of all employees at assigned programs
• Monitor, coordinate, and ensure all services to individuals are delivered effectively
• Ensure all direct service shifts in assigned programs are adequately filled
• Provide training, mentoring, and guidance to employees
• Conduct monthly staff meetings to support team collaboration
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals served
• Assist with daily living tasks including mobility, dressing, bathing, and personal hygiene
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong computer skills for documentation and administrative tasks
• Excellent communication skills (reading, writing, and verbal)
• Ability to be dependable, adaptable, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Two-year degree in social services or a related field
• Two years of experience working in the field of developmental disabilities
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience
