About the role
Responsibilities
- Own cross-functional intake and partnership across Growth, Product, and Marketing teams to manage a shared roadmap.
- Translate rich data into crisp dashboards and executive narratives to drive decision-making.
- Standardize tools and documentation, including SOPs and reusable templates, to serve as a single source of truth.
- Coordinate AI-supported service strategies to ensure hyper-personalized member support.
- Drive proactive risk and issue management, escalating blockers to protect scope and timeline.
- Facilitate retrospectives and propose creative solutions using bleeding-edge AI tools to champion continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project or program coordination or management.
- Proficiency in project management fundamentals.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Sigma or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
