Program Specialist - Groups

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality outdoor camp experiences and exceptional service to guest groups
• Facilitate Outdoor Education classes for visiting school groups
• Lead team-building activities for retreats
• Assist with meal service for overnight groups
• Teach program curriculum and concepts proficiently
• Assist in the development of new programs
• Adjust activities to accommodate varying group needs
• Maintain grounds and ensure proper use of facility equipment
• Ensure a safe experience for all participants

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of college coursework and minimum 24 months related experience/training, or equivalent combination
• Ability and willingness to work outside in the Texas summer heat
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Previous camp experience or experience working in a related field with people
