Program Service Elf

Responsibilities

• Receiving, guiding, and entertaining visitors in the Experience Village area
• Leading outdoor games, crafts, and community programs for all ages
• Assisting with experience services, such as preparing routes and equipment
• Providing information, social media support, and sharing guide materials as needed
• Performing as an elf in events at Tonttula, the hotel, and the cafe

Requirements

• Courage to perform and embody the elf character
• Enthusiasm for working with both children and adults
• Strong interpersonal skills and service orientation
• Flexibility regarding working hours and tasks (seasonal and evening work is common)
• Basic proficiency in Finnish and English
• Previous experience in customer service, program services, or performing is preferred
