Program Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Create and manage scheduling for large-scale construction programs
• Implement best practices and reporting trends internally and externally
• Create and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau
• Review engineering, procurement, and construction schedule logic
• Manage schedules using critical path method
• Produce high-level and short-term look ahead reports from P6
• Develop E2E master schedules using rolling wave planning
• Resource load schedules and produce management overviews
• Track quantities using S-curves and monitor project delays
• Collaborate with contractors and sub-contractors regularly

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3+ years of applicable experience
• Prior experience building complex master schedules
• Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and contracting
• Ability to convert data into Tableau reports and graphics
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification by AACE in planning/scheduling
