Program Scheduler & Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the program portfolio
• Monitor and analyze integrated program risks and opportunities (IPRO) to provide actionable recommendations
• Track and report on program efficiencies and identify areas for improvement
• Provide regular status updates, performance metrics, and schedule forecasts to the Program Manager
• Conduct schedule-related trade-off analyses to support informed decision-making
• Collaborate with government and performer program teams to ensure schedule accuracy
• Prepare and present briefings on schedule status and risk analysis to leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management
• 10+ years of experience in program scheduling and/or program analysis
• PMP or PMI Scheduling Professional certification
• Demonstrated experience managing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for complex space programs
• Experience working with DoD programs and their unique requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and other program management tools
• US Citizenship required and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance
