About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the site representative for the A330 and A400M programs, ensuring alignment between Airbus Commercial and Airbus Atlantic.
- Cascade operational and financial objectives to the site and support teams in guaranteeing flow performance.
- Manage operational crises and utilize the Airbus Atlantic and Airbus Operations networks to drive organizational action.
- Support productivity initiatives, competitiveness plans, and the management of financial impacts from suppliers.
- Guarantee industrial protection of the site and adherence to the integrated industrial planning.
- Consolidate feasibility studies for production ramp-ups and analyze the impacts of new Airbus programs.
- Define and frame industrial strategies regarding cycles, buffers, and assembly line structures.
- Interface with configuration management to provide visibility on new modifications and their potential impact on production flows.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of significant experience in an industrial environment.
- Proven expertise in project management and financial management.
- Strong analytical synthesis skills with the ability to make informed decisions and arbitrate complex issues.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and work effectively within multi-functional teams (MFT).
