Program Quality and Support Manager I

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement all activities throughout the project cycle, including design, start-up, implementation, and close-out.
• Supervise project staff, manage team dynamics, and provide coaching and performance management.
• Analyze and evaluate project performance data following MEAL policies to identify issues and implement improvements.
• Contribute to proposal development and technical design to ensure high-quality, donor-responsive submissions.
• Coordinate technical assistance and capacity-strengthening interventions for partner organizations.
• Collect and analyze program data to capture lessons learned and best practices.
• Monitor financial and material resources to ensure efficient project implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in international development, international relations, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of field-based experience in coordinating or managing projects, preferably within an international NGO.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and information management systems.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Ability to travel up to 30% (in-country and international, including Yemen).

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in international development, international relations, or a related field.
• Experience in Program Development, Program Quality, Strategic Partnerships Management, or MEAL.
• Proven experience contributing to the development of technical proposals.
