About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in MS Project based on customer requirements.
  • Detail plan and maintain the IMS throughout the program lifecycle, incorporating contractual and programmatic changes.
  • Ensure the IMS is compliant with government customer requirements and resource-loaded with target budgets.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of the IMS to ensure quality, completeness, and compliance.
  • Communicate schedule status, critical path analysis, and variance analysis to leadership and customers.
  • Support EAC and LRE processes as they relate to the Program IMS.
  • Develop and maintain the Program Master Phasing Schedule using Milestones Professional Software.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Program Planning, Scheduling, or Project Management experience.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software such as MS Project, Primavera, or Open Plan.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
  • Familiarity with Government regulations, Earned Value (EV) compliance, and Agile SW development.
  • Experience with SAP/R3, Microframe Project Manager (MPM), Oracle ERP, Deltek Cobra, or Deltek MPM Connect.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
  • Ability to decompose statements of work into workable program plans.
