Program Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Facilitate internal processes for the Program Operations team to ensure administrative elements for student organization recognition and resources are maintained.
• Manage the Engage/Campus Groups student organization platform for the CSI team and recognized student organizations.
• Support the New Student Organization Recognition Process by reviewing applications and advising the Student Organization Approvals Board.
• Manage the bi-annual registration process for all recognized student organizations and serve as Program Manager for those with tentative or preliminary status.
• Support Student Organization Suite operations, including event space reservations, inventory management, and rental item distribution.
• Manage student organization consultants to provide engagement opportunities.
• Explore methods to increase customer service, operational efficiency, and co-curricular opportunities for student engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Commitment to creating an inclusive and equitable environment.
• Demonstrated history of systemic and logical thinking with a focus on customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service related field.
• Master's Degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, or a similar field.
• 1+ years of experience working with college students or professional project management experience.
