About the role

Responsibilities

  • Implement, monitor, and report on technical programs in partnership with local government, community organizations, churches, and schools.
  • Coordinate with primary implementing partners to ensure Community Shared Plans or Partnership Agreements are signed and executed.
  • Prepare and submit detailed annual implementation plans and track weekly/monthly progress against targets and budgets.
  • Work with the Barangay Council for the Protection of Children (BCPC) to address child wellbeing issues and concerns.
  • Integrate sponsorship processes and spiritual nurture activities into development programming.
  • Lead the coordination of grant projects and manage donor engagements, including coordinating site visits.
  • Establish and maintain networks with various partners to represent the organization at the barangay and provincial levels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, or related Social Sciences.
  • 2-3 years of experience in program or project implementation within an NGO setting.
  • Training in LEAP 3 and DPA (Development Program Approach) or foundations of Community Organizing and Development.
  • Strong knowledge of Child Rights and experience in advocacy and community empowerment.
  • Proven experience working with local governments, line agencies, and faith-based organizations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong technical writing and data analysis skills.
  • Ability to live within the assigned barangay or primary focus area.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and facilitation skills.
