Program Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain stakeholder relationships and engagement guidelines
• Maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners
• Support the identification of potential new partners and stakeholders to position ZSP globally
• Support the rollout of the Prize’s Ambassador Program
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Zayed Sustainability Prize program, including planning and scheduling
• Coordinate third parties engaged to deliver programs to ensure objectives are met on time and budget
• Prepare relevant reports and management information for line managers
• Deliver program content for thought leadership platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline
• 2-4 years of experience in stakeholder management and program coordination
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong writing and editorial skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple ongoing projects
• Proficiency in English
