Program Officer (Ethics & Compliance Learning Experience Specialist)

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, user-centered learning content on ethics-related topics, including conflicts of interest, ethical decision-making, and workplace conduct.
• Translate complex policies and behavioral ethics concepts into accessible, action-oriented materials such as e-learning modules, animated videos, and toolkits.
• Lead co-creation processes by engaging internal stakeholders across diverse functions and regions to refine learning products.
• Facilitate live virtual and in-person workshops that promote ethical awareness and behavior change.
• Apply design thinking and adult learning principles to develop innovative learning experiences.
• Manage external vendors and multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to evaluate learning impact and continuously improve content based on data and research.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent in ethics, law, education, instructional design, organizational development, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in ethics/compliance practice combined with learning design or communications.
• Strong instructional design skills with a demonstrated application of adult learning principles.
• Proven experience leading co-creation processes with internal stakeholders.
• Skilled facilitator experienced in delivering live virtual and in-person learning sessions.
• Proficiency with design and learning tools such as Canva, Vyond, Articulate, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, specifically the ability to simplify sensitive topics.
