About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with national and city-level project teams to ensure timely data collection, compilation, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement data quality assurance frameworks, including SOPs for validation and error resolution.
  • Conduct periodic data quality audits across intervention sites and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage project data repositories to ensure integrity, security, and accessibility.
  • Lead the preparation of periodic project reports, progress updates, and donor deliverables.
  • Synthesize implementation learnings into structured knowledge products and impact documentation.
  • Drive project visibility by developing success stories, infographics, and communication assets.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Support the development of technical documents, operational guidelines, and analytical summaries for review meetings.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Public Health, Health Management, or a directly relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in data management, documentation, or program coordination within the health sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in data quality assurance, validation, and using data management platforms.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel and Power BI.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to travel up to 30-40% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of GIS and spatial data visualization tools like QGIS or ArcGIS.
  • Competence in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with the Indian public health system (e.g., IDSP/IHIP, NHM) and urban health initiatives.
  • Experience working with INGOs, government agencies, or development partners.
