Program Office Project Manager, Consumer Personal Systems

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple projects within a large-scale program to drive engineering development and implementation for consumer personal systems.
• Develop support requirements for assigned projects, including budgets and resource allocation plans.
• Track project progress against established plans, report results, and recommend necessary alterations to the program manager.
• Manage program communications, including status reports, issue tracking, stakeholder meeting coordination, and project plan updates.
• Lead resources across multiple concurrent projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
• Typically 4 years of experience working as a project manager.
• Proficiency in using project planning tools and software packages to manage and track results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of project and program methodologies, including resource allocation and budgeting.
• Mastery of English and the local language, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate manufacturing plans and negotiate options with stakeholders.
