About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct rounds and supervise program activities to ensure resident safety
- Provide information on community services for transition age youth
- Maintain accurate logs, shift reports, and incident records

- Ability to de-escalate crisis situations
- Availability for weekend, swing, or overnight shifts
