About the Company

WrkTalk DigiSec AI Pvt Ltd is a young enterprise technology product company providing a privacy-first corporate communication platform built for organizations that prioritize data confidentiality, compliance, and control. The company is scaling rapidly and already serves large enterprises such as Adani Group, L&T Finance, and DCB Bank.

Responsibilities

• Own the full program lifecycle including requirements gathering, sprint planning, milestone tracking, and release coordination
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Drive system integrations with enterprise clients involving APIs, SSO, MDM, and DLP
• Manage technical onboarding for enterprise deployments, including configuration and data migration
• Identify technical bottlenecks and escalate risks across cross-functional teams
• Maintain program dashboards, technical documentation, and integration runbooks
• Collaborate with QA to define test plans and oversee UAT cycles
• Act as the single point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts post-deployment
• Coordinate with client CIOs, CISOs, and IT teams to align on timelines and scope

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Program Manager, or Technical Project Manager
• Experience in SaaS, enterprise tech, or consulting environments
• Proven track record of owning requirements and managing delivery timelines
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, cloud infrastructure, and security protocols
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Asana, or equivalent program management tools
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both technical and CXO audiences
• Engineering degree or MBA from a reputed institution preferred

• Experience managing complex technology programs for large-scale enterprises
• Ability to distill complex technical topics into structured language
