Program Manager, Worldwide Grocery Stores

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of a multi-year capability roadmap strategy for assortment planning
• Manage the implementation and optimization of software solutions for assortment planning
• Deliver quantifiable KPI improvements, including forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and assortment productivity
• Support the development and implementation of assortment life-cycle processes
• Facilitate monthly business reviews for key stakeholders to track performance KPIs

Requirements

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive business improvements
• Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
• 3+ years of experience specifically driving process improvements
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at various levels of an organization
• Experience building processes, project management frameworks, and schedules
