Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale software programs comprising multiple Agile teams
• Establish and optimize Agile frameworks, guiding teams through ceremonies and continuous improvement
• Drive end-to-end planning including roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation
• Proactively identify and remove impediments to facilitate decision-making
• Manage project workflows and documentation using Jira and Confluence
• Engage with stakeholders across business, product, and engineering to align priorities
• Track and communicate progress through delivery metrics like velocity and throughput

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software program management, delivery management, or engineering leadership
• Proven success in building and leading Agile teams
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a bias for action
• Broad understanding of software delivery lifecycles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Java, Maven, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps environments
• Exposure to managing large, distributed engineering teams
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile/Scrum Master
